Creative Expression: Self-Portrait Art
Youth create a Self-Portrait that is filled in with pictures and words that tell a story of what makes them unique. On the back of the portrait, they describe times when they feel most like expressing their true selves.
Connecting: Authentic Role-Play
Youth think of times when they feel most like themselves and then choose from a set of scenario cards with different situations where they might need to be authentic or stand up for themselves. In pairs, youth perform their scenario after taking time to collaborate with their partner.
