Creative Expression –  Balancing Act

Youth learn the importance of balancing their physical and spiritual self-care. We play a matching game that helps us align thoughts, feelings, and actions to create a desirable experience.

Connecting/Spiritual Practice: I can name that feeling in 3 breaths

We take our feeling cards from our matching game from earlier and pick up the card that best describes our emotional or physical feeling after three mindful breaths. Practicing being present and naming how we feel brings us confidence and empowerment.
