Curriculum Overview

Youth explore the idea of the individual inward journey and the universal outward experience. By examining the anatomy of a wave through music and color, we understand the value of embracing the full spectrum of life’s highs and lows as aligning with our truth.

Spiritual Lesson: Power and Possibility  

This week youth explore the idea of the individual—inward journey and the universal—outward experience. Youth explore moving their inner thoughts and emotions into the expression to experience a full spectrum of life using the creative process.

Creative Expression –  My Light Energy Flows

Youth experience the anatomy of a wave through music and color. Examining the seven levels of light energy provide examples of how we can embrace life’s highs and lows, aligning ourselves with the full spectrum of who we are and creating without resistance.

Connecting/Spiritual Practice: Invisible Forces  

We will look at our Chakras and practice tuning into our invisible forces that allow us to practice a practice of “Fear to Faith.” Using a spiral diagram, we label our chakras and name an affirmation that helps us move upward toward the next chakras evolution.
