Summer Solstice Sound Bath, 6-19-26

This solstice, the Sun pours into Cancer just as Jupiter completes its yearlong passage through the same sign, exalted and at its most generous. The sky’s whole gesture is one of fullness: light filling a vessel until it brims over. It’s the longest day of the year, the peak of the light, the moment the sun seems to stand still before the slow turn back inward.

Join Hillary Myers for a special Sound Bath, Friday, June 19th, 6:30 – 8:00 pm

In a season that’s left so many of us frayed, overstimulated, and unsure of who we’re becoming, this is what the body is quietly hungry for… not to do more, but to be filled. To stop producing and simply receive.

We’ll begin together with a small, gentle practice of receiving from one another and a somatic practice to arrive and soften before the sound begins. Then you’ll settle in and let go as I guide you through a sound journey on crystal and bronze bowls, gong, and chimes, woven around the energy of the solstice and the overflowing Cancerian cup. Nothing is asked of you here. You don’t have to know anyone, get it right, or hold yourself together. You only have to tune inward and let the sound carry you.

Come be filled at the peak of the year, and give yourself permission to soften as the light turns inward.

Bring along your mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you rest most comfortably. Pajamas are welcome and encouraged.
