Kick the Sick Workshop, 1-11-26

Kick the Sick is a fun, empowering class designed to help you get sick less often and recover faster by teaching you what your symptoms are actually communicating and how to respond wisely when viral illness shows up.

Facilitator: Max Myers

Max breaks down how the immune response really works and shares clear, practical strategies he’s refined through years of study and practitioner training. Everything is organized and easy to follow, so you know what to do when you or someone you love starts feeling rundown, without fear or overwhelm.

You’ll leave with:

  • A new way of understanding symptoms
  • Clear guidance on how to respond early and thoughtfully
  • Greater confidence and less stress when sickness appears
  • Printed take-home materials so you don’t have to remember everything later
