Family & Kids Sound Bath

This playful sound experience invites kids and caregivers to explore sound together in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Through gentle sound, playful curiosity, and simple nervous system reset practices, families are invited to unwind, reconnect, and experience sound in a whole new way.

Rather than asking children to be perfectly still, this experience honors their natural rhythms, moving between moments of playful exploration and periods of quiet listening. Along the way, kids discover how sound can help calm their bodies, reset their energy, and invite rest.

✨ Where play and curiosity open the door to rest and regulation.
