Curriculum Overview

Youth explore the idea of the individual inward journey and the universal outward experience. By examining the anatomy of a wave through music and color, we understand the value of embracing the full spectrum of life’s highs and lows as aligning with our truth.

Our Invisible forces never leave us; however, we sometimes forget they exist. Or we limit the full potential and power of those ‘Invisible Forces.’ We discuss common beliefs and myths about light and darkness and how those perspectives can be modified to allow

Active Listening: Book/Music/Video

Creative Expression –  My Invisible Forces  

Youth recreate examples of nature that grow from darkness into something beautiful. They explore their invisible Chakra forces and practice a “fear to faith” exercise finding the opposite truth to whatever fear they are imagining.

Youth play a telephone game and have fun remembering and retelling what we have heard.

Connecting/Spiritual Practice: Mental Equivalent  

We will make a list of our fears and then create affirmations for the mental equivalent of those fears, and then perform a releasing and blessing ritual of healing and wellbeing.
