If your spirit has been asking for a little more calm, breath, and presence in your week, you are warmly invited to Qi Gong with Kent.

In this class, we will explore an easy, beginner-friendly flow that helps transform stress into vitality so you can feel more grounded, relaxed, and vibrant in daily life.

Qi Gong is a gentle, standing form of moving meditation. We use simple, flowing movements and natural breath to help the body unwind, the mind settle, and the heart open. Think of it as prayer in motion. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. You just show up as you are and let the practice meet you there.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and feel free to bring water. Chair options are available for anyone who prefers or needs them.

About Kent:

Hi, I’m Kent. I became all too familiar with the cost of stress during my 15-year career as a chef. I started practicing Qi Gong to ease stress and repair my physical, emotional, and mental health. The sense of calm, happiness, and inner peace I found through Qi Gong changed my life. It can change yours, too.

After experiencing the benefits of this ancient practice, I decided to dedicate my life to sharing Qi Gong. I teach because Qi Gong changed, and continues to improve, my life. That’s why I became a certified Holden Qi Gong Tier 1 teacher and started Kent Qi Gong.
