Using the power of vulnerability, we can learn how making difficult decisions can lead us on the right path when expressing our truth, changing our perspective, and letting go. Using one side of a post-it, we name a concern or hesitation. On the other side, we create an affirmation or a shift statement.
Connecting/Spiritual Practice: Playing at Letting Go
Youth play a Stop-Walk game where we change the meaning of words and add directions requiring adaptability, focus, and letting go.
