Sunday Talk: Anger as a Force for Change, 8-2-26
This month we explore the significance of fear and fury (anger) in our spiritual development. It is perfectly normal to feel intense emotions at times. We like it when we experience intense joy or pleasure. But we can get scared of feeling fear and anger. When we can see these as energies that are moving through us, we can ride them toward places we want to go, rather than letting them run over us.
Book Recommendation: Brené Brown, “Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts.”
What if anger is not something to fix—but a signal to follow? This week, we explore: How can I honor my anger and still choose love? Join us as we explore anger as a vital force for transformation.

Brent and LaVon will give us forceful music for change this Sunday.
Rev. David will lead the pre-service meditation.
