Qi Gong + Yoga Nidra, 5-28-26

A special evening of Qi Gong and Yoga Nidra with Kent and Rebecca, MS, OTR/L, RYT 500.

Session Fee: $30

We’ll begin with gentle Qi Gong to help you settle, loosen up, and come into your body. Then Rebecca will guide you through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditation practice done lying down or comfortably supported.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you rest well for Yoga Nidra. We suggest a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and water. Chairs and other modifications are welcome.
