Ho‘oponopono & Sound Bath, 1-23-26
Join us for an afternoon centered on restoring harmony within yourself and easing the nervous system.

Where✨ CSL Olympia
When 🗓 Friday, January 23rd
⏰ 2-4 PM
Arrive ~15 minutes early to settle in
Led by Thomas Wurm
We’ll begin with a Ho‘oponopono practice which helps you approach forgiveness, compassion, and letting go in a grounded, accessible way. This process supports emotional clarity and a genuine sense of release.
Then, settle into a restorative sound bath with crystal and bronze bowls and soft chimes to support deep rest and inner steadiness.
What to Bring
To help you settle in and stay comfortable for the full experience, please bring anything that helps you feel warm and supported, such as:
- A yoga mat or cushioned surface to lie on
- A blanket or two
- A pillow for head/neck support
- An eye mask (optional but lovely)
- Warm socks or cozy layers
- Water
Please click the button below to reserve your spot early or let Hillary or Thomas know you’re coming. Space is limited and we want to be sure everyone is comfortable.
Email Hillary at hillary@solunasoundworks.com with any questions.
