Changes in Our Zoom Services
This past Sunday evening, our Peace Meditation was overrun by a person or people who completely disrupted the meditation. Since we also use that same Zoom account for Sundays, we are taking steps to increase our security.
Going forward, we will be using a waiting room and attendees will be muted without the option of unmuting themselves. Sandy will unmute people to participate in the post service discussion. There are a couple of other background settings that have been changed. We recognize that this is a little inconvenient and you’ll have to arrive just a few minutes earlier, but it’s necessary to avoid the very unpleasant disruption we experienced.
