Affirmation: Today, I say Yes! to living my life with courage and commitment.

Spiritual Lesson: Passionately Living Your Purpose Out Loud!    

When our thoughts are accompanied by a feeling, they are activated and take form using the power of the Universe. The power of the Universe is always working for us. It is up to us to feel and listen, then say “Yes” to all we are.

Active Listening: Book/Music/Video

Meditation: Friendly Wishes – we imagine our loving thoughts like ripples in a guided meditation.

Creative Expression –  Collective Creative Vision     

Youth design and illustrate a beautiful world. Each person’s creation using a different art medium demonstrates individualism coming together into an inspiring masterpiece.  

Connecting/Spiritual Practice: Growth Mindset Collaboration

Youth have a variety of fun activities to choose from in the Growth Mindset Workbook and demonstrate their favorites outdoors as a group.
