Mindfulness Northwest Retreat, 11-7-26
This day-long mindfulness retreat offers an opportunity to pause, slow down, and reconnect with the present moment through guided mindfulness practice in a quiet, supportive environment.

Throughout the day, participants will be guided through a sequence of mindfulness practices drawn from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) tradition, including sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement, the body scan, and compassion-based contemplative practices.
Much of the retreat will be held in silence, not as a rigid rule, but as an invitation to step out of the usual noise and demands of daily life. Many people find that even a single day of intentional practice can create a sense of clarity, steadiness, and spaciousness that is often difficult to access in everyday routines.
