Special Prayer

A Prayer for Those Affected by the Wildfires and Our Planet

There is One Infinite Life, One Infinite Presence, One Divine Love expressing Itself as every person, every community, every forest, every creature, and every breath of creation. This Presence is eternal, unchanging, and whole. It is the Love that cannot be consumed, the Wisdom that never falters, and the Life that forever renews Itself.

I know that I am one with this Divine Presence, and therefore I know this same Presence lives fully and completely as every person, every family, every firefighter, every volunteer, every first responder, every animal, and every community affected by these wildfires throughout the Spokane region, the North Okanagan, and other places where fires are burning. There is only One Life, and that Life is expressing as wisdom, safety, and love in these circumstances.

Divine Love surrounds every person affected with comfort and strength. Infinite Wisdom is already revealing every next step with perfect clarity. I know every need is met through expected and unexpected channels. I claim safe shelter, generous support, courageous action, and compassionate community are expressing themselves now. The firefighters, emergency personnel, and volunteers are upheld by Divine Strength, guided by Infinite Intelligence, and protected by the very Presence that lives as them. I know that even where loss has been experienced, the deeper Truth of Life remains untouched, whole, creative, and forever capable of renewal. And in any loss, I claim grief is honored, and those affected are surrounded by a healing balm of love. 

I speak my word for the healing of the earth, knowing balance and harmony are it’s true nature. I’m grateful for the guidance in the revealing of the highest good for our planet, and that the right people, places, and circumstances are aligned for this Divine unfolding of Well-being for our planet. 

I am deeply grateful to feel and know this truth. I give thanks that Love is greater than fear, Wisdom is greater than uncertainty, and Life is forever creating new possibilities from every circumstance. I rejoice that healing, restoration, and renewal are not distant hopes but present realities unfolding now.

I release this word, knowing it is done because the Divine always says, “yes.” I let it go and I let it be.  And so it is.
