Step into the turning of the season and honor the balance of light and dark. We’ll begin with a quiet moment for intention setting and reflection, then ease into a guided meditation and an extended sound bath with crystal bowls, bronze bowls, and chimes. Then, we’ll close together in circle with space for gentle integration and sharing, if you choose.
Bring along anything that helps you feel cozy on the floor… mats, blankets, pillows, and you may like to bring a journal. Tea, water, chairs, and eye masks will be provided.
