Retreats:

Intentions Retreat

Release anything you want to leave behind from 2017 and step into consciously creating your 2018.  Using the provided 60-page booklet, you will engage in powerful processes and exercises to guide you into creating and manifesting the life you would love in 2018.  This is an overnight retreat.

When:  Friday, January 5th at 6:00 p.m. to Saturday, January 6th at 4:00 p.m.

WhereGwinwood Retreat Center, Lacey, WA

Cost:  $130/person – includes overnight lodging on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday

Classes:

Treatment & Meditation

One of the three core classes about our teaching, this course explores various methods of meditation and develops a deeper understanding and application of the affirmative prayer process known as Spiritual Mind Treatment.  You will explore different ways of meditation to find ones that resonate with you.  You will also gain in confidence in shifting consciousness for yourself and others through Spiritual Mind Treatment.  This class is great for beginners to this teaching as well as for those who want to deepen in their spiritual practice and connect with others.

When:  Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for 10 weeks, January 10th through March 21st (No class February 21st)

Cost:  Suggested tuition is $295, this class is offered on a “pay-what-you-can” basis; Optional $45 for certification

Deepening with the Divine – Retreat

A one-day contemplative retreat.  We will use guided imagery, readings, poetry, music and significant quiet time for you to experience Spirit within in profound ways.  Give yourself the gift of deep immersion into Spirit within during this often busy time of year.  Resonate with the season as the earth itself quiets down for winter.

When:  Saturday, December 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

It’s All God

Foundations of Science of Mind

This is the entry-level class in the study of the Science of Mind, and it is a required prerequisite to other Science of Mind classes. You are introduced to the basics of the Science of Mind, Meditation, Spiritual Mind Treatment, Visioning and other Universal Spiritual Principles and Practices.

The class lessons and exercises assist you in applying, embracing and incorporating Science of Mind Principles in your life.

Meditation Is More Than You Think

The Foundations of Science of Mind course is a prerequisite for this class.

This is an 8-week introductory meditation course that begins with the beginner and moves step-by-step through the powerful tool of meditation in many different modalities. Topics include meditation with light, mantras, sound, movement, breathing and more. Each week is very experiential with various forms of meditation that the student can then take with them for a richer practice at home.

Spiritual Laws

The Foundations of Science of Mind course is a prerequisite for this class.

This is an 8-week practical class which empowers the student to develop positive thinking skills.  This classic text provides lucid explanations of exactly how spiritual laws operate in our lives.  These laws are utterly reliable, and this class shows the student how to use this knowledge to benefit every area of living.
